Well, this is officially my first blog post, ever, which I suppose makes me a blogger now.  Wow, is that ever embarrassing to admit, and now all I can think about is, “Oh no, what if my wife reads this!”  As if she needs something else to make fun of me for…oh well, here I am writing away, staring down at a blank page, knowing that whatever I write could either be seen by nobody, or everyone I know, and maybe some I don’t.  So we’ll try to kick this off short and sweet.

I’m getting a bit tired of other social media, the mindless scrolling, and the endless new emojis to find a use for, so I’m going to attempt to stick to this format for a while, where I can hopefully get some complete ideas down on “paper,” and introduce some coherence to what I’ve been up to lately.  For those who choose to come back and check in on my posts, I think that’s pretty cool, and I look forward to chatting with you along the way.
